Full Circle Thanksgiving Baskets Sign-up Deadline Is Nov. 14

FAYETTEVILLE – The Full Circle Campus Food Pantry is giving out 70 Thanksgiving dinner baskets starting on Monday, Nov. 18. The baskets include frozen turkeys, dressing, cranberry sauce and green bean casserole mix. The pick-up dates for the baskets are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25. Anyone with a valid university ID can sign up.

The baskets are part of Full Circle's Baskets of Hope program to help families in need. The program is funded by an $8,250 grant received from the University of Arkansas Women's Giving Circle. The program also includes three other seasonal baskets that the pantry will put out in the next academic year: winter holiday baskets, spring-cleaning baskets and summer family picnic baskets.

To sign up for a basket you can come to the pantry during its open hours, Mondays 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and sign the list or contact the pantry at pantry@uark.edu before Nov. 14.
