SRVC Coffee Chat Series announcement.

The Campus Sexual and Relationship Violence Center announces the start of "Coffee Chat," a series of conversations about diverse topics associated with addressing sexual and relationship violence. Twice a month the SRVC will host "Coffee Chat" for informing on matters through dialogue over a cup of coffee.

"This series provides a venue for addressing a variety of specific and diverse topics related to sexual and relationship violence in a comfortable atmosphere," said Dr. Mary A. Wyandt-Hiebert, SRVC director for Pat Walker Health Center. "We are excited to bring some new conversations to light through this new initiative."

The first topic kicking off the series will address Rape Culture in Media. Coffee Chat will be an informed, open discussion with SRVC staff, featured guests and attendees. Enjoy some free coffee and great conversation from 3-4 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 17, at the SRVC. Limited spots are available. Interested individuals should email respect@uark.edu to register. Confirmation of registration will be given until spots are filled.
